• the Couchiching Conservancy
• the Peterborough County Stewardship Council
• the Kawartha Region and Otonabee Region
Conservation Authorities
• the Trent-Severn Waterway
KHC is a member of several organizations:
1. The Ontario Land Trust Alliance, which is the umbrella organization for the more than 30 land trusts in Ontario. OLTA provides training, resource materials, grants and other support for land trusts such as KHC.
2. The Large Woodland Conservation Cooperative, which is an association of non-government, university and government organizations working with landowners in the Kawartha region to encourage ecologically sound forest stewardship within the region's large woodlands.
